Expressive and Receptive Language Therapy for Individuals
Expressive and receptive language therapy, including comprehension, vocabulary, syntax, inferencing, and sentence expansions, is key to everyday communication. In speech and language therapy, individualized goals are made to improve the quality of life of each individual child.
Early Literacy Services
I provide early literacy services to children aged 3-9 years old. With 10+ years of Orton Gillingham application, I utilize a phonics-based approach, at every stage of literacy development from pre-literacy, to decoding and encoding words and connected text.
Writing Support
Writing support is done with a focus on the language aspects of writing using The Writing Revolution program. Students will walk away with a knowledge of sentence types, sentence expansions, word order, conjunctions, editing and paragraph formation.
